How to update and install Fortnite mobile on iOS

To update/install Fortnite on iOS, open the iOS app store, and tap on the account icon, as shown below. When your 'Account' page opens, tap on the 'Purchased' menu option.
When the 'All Purchases' screen opens, tap on 'My Purchases.' When the list of all your historic downloads are shown, search for Fortnite and then tap on the search result, as shown below.
The App Store page for Fortnite will load, and you should have the option to either update or install it. Install/update the app, and when done, open it. You will then be prompted to install the latest Fortnite update when the app opens.
When done, your Fortnite will be at version 13.40.1, as shown below, and ready for Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 4.
Once it has finished installing the in-app updates, you will have full access to the game.
